Prepping the reveal for a special edition of work. The arrangement may be as follows, a table stall, new listings. It may even be a window of new info, leading up from the last work, It’s what you share.
Getting to the point of ‘opening view’ is where the curtains are pulled back (-at times literally). I think of it as marking presence.
I’ve had a chance to take care of a display window before. Being on a residential area with a commercial centre, marking a sales event. Also front of house for a display. I would find promoting a concept would go with a seasonal event.
When going for a welcome approach, I may start the hello. Whatever is being done at the time, whether sorting or arranging, it may be noticed. The present arrangement of work can guide you. It may just bring interest to have a look round.
I find that others get a feel of what’s coming by seeing what is there. These items of information may signal at an upcoming project. Viewers may interact, watch and trace a story from the items. If it is a presentation, viewers will be seeing some changes in progress.
Be it student’s returning to uni, there’s a fresh presence to be made there.
The offers may have led them to the facility. The knowledge that one has of places, or items may be a way to know how to relate with a query. Any detail may be one that others have not known. When we offer features like useful takeaways- bonus.
We all are viewers and giving time to look and to connect with something is a way into services. I like to offer and present views into arts. It may be well curated in that it allows for people to take time and gather from what’s listed.
The senses from sight to sound work together too. That’s for another time!
Lami.
